“L’International Peace Information Service (IPIS) est un institut de recherche indépendant qui produit des outils de recherche, d’analyse et de renforcement des capacités pour soutenir les acteurs qui travaillent en faveur de la paix positive, du développement durable et du respect des droits de l’homme.

Au cours des dernières années, IPIS s’est spécialisé sur l’Afrique sub-saharienne et a structuré ses recherches autour de quatre grandes thématiques : les ressources naturelles, l’analyse et la cartographie des conflits armés, les liens entre développement économique et respect des droits de l’homme ainsi que les transferts d’armes internationaux et la sécurité. ”
